“It is a nice, unexpensive way to try out the basic system. I really liked the banana shake, the caramell bar tasted interesting but i think i can get to like it. The vanilla is tasty but i felt hungry again pretty fast.”

Plenny shake: Tastes good enough, but the provided shaker is not big enough for a lunch meal.
Plenny drink: Tastes good, but the nutricional composition is a bit worse than the plenny shake.
Plenny bar: Didn't enjoy the taste. But the bigger issue is the amount of salt, which at 1.28g is 20%/25% of the recommended daily amount depending on your reference table. Besides that, they have reference intake for salt on their plenny drink but chose to omit it here, which I find quite disingenuous.”
