“I needed a meal replacement shake for 3 reasons; I’m prone to nausea and have trouble getting solid food down, sometimes I can’t get out of bed due to illness and need food that requires 0 prep, and I have IBS and when it flares up there are very few things I can actually digest. This was the only meal replacement shake I could find that didn’t have ingredients that would trigger an IBS flare up, so I decided to try it despite the high price. The flavor on these is very bland (I got the chocolate, tastes like if you put cocoa powder in oatmeal) it’s not loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners like most meal replacement products, and to be honest I would not have it any other way. The nasty overly sweet milk shake flavor other shakes have is really hard to get down when you’re nauseous. I’ve also found this shake to be very easy to digest. My main complaint is that these contain more protein than I feel is necessary (it’s a meal replacement drink, not a protein shake) and not as many carbs as I would like (sometimes I need to be on a liquid diet for a couple days and I worry these wouldn’t provide enough carbohydrates). Overall a pretty great product, but I hope they update it in the future to provide more balanced nutrition. Maybe make a separate product if they want to make a protein shake instead of trying to make the meal replacement shake a 2-in-1 kind of product for those of us that don’t need an excessive amount of protein.”
“The vanilla tastes almost exactly like vanilla sauce, with the same thickness and sweetness. I'm not sure vanilla sauce is a thing in all countries but because of its resemblance and my reminiscence of vanilla sauce, it feels like I'm downing this very sugary and fatty mixture. My solution to this would be to reduce the sweetness and to dilute the mixture a bit.”
“Very easy for calorie counting on my diet! Chocolate flavor is a good addition, tastes very much like chocolate soy/almond milk and feels less oaty than the vanilla (though vanilla is good too!)
Decent fullness, and I'm happy to know I get balanced nutrition even if I'm dieting.”

Only one downside: there should be more variety of flavours.”
