“I have these as a lunch, I wouldn't say I'm on a diet but I have them weekdays to prevent me eating a poor food choices or heading to the shops for high calorie sandwiches. They keep me full for about 5 hours (I have two fruit items too) they taste good and is as smooth as a shop milkshake.. no bits compared to many other I've tried.
