It tastes actually good, like nestum or some oat meal with some seeds in it.
Bought strawberry and vanilla, strawberry flavou with actual strawberries is amazing.
Got to say that the dosis of water recomend is WAY off for me. I put 200-250ml with each scoop, instead of 160ml recomended.
I also find that milk tastes way better than water.
Also disagree with keeping it refrigerated before drinking, only 1h later and the texture is really weird, and the taste is worse. I recomend drinking right away.
Will buy again soon and try the other flavors.
I also surprised by the feeling of a whole meal, eating this can leave me well satisfied for 2h, maybe 3h, which would be completly impossible with a salad, or any meal without many proteins and carbs.
Using a blender can provide a smoother creamier texture, but it is totally doable in the shaker.”
