“I've been looking for a suitable mail replacement that provided me with all the nutrients I need that doesn't taste like straight up aspertame. Plenny shakes fill that void for me. They keep me relatively full and they taste quite natural and oaty. The calories are double that of normal protein shakes, but I suppose that's what you get when something is more nutrient rich. I ordered all the flavours and have gotten through strawberry and coffee so far. Coffee is quite flavourful and strawberry is fairly mild in taste. I like blending them with strawberries and bananas to add more flavour.”
