“The starter kit comes with a bit of everything: plenny bars, plenny drinks, and plenny shakes. You do not get your choice of flavour of the plenny shakes, but the shakes at good tasting. Ordering was pretty easy and I received free shipping. It did take longer than I expected for the package to arrive, but we can probably blame COVID-19 for the delay. It has been about a week and a half since the kit arrived. Personally, I feel like I am eating less after substituting the plenny products for breakfast and for my snacks.”
