Maybe if someone are not really sure what to do then it's useful. But on the other hand it just feels like an advertisement pamphlet which I cast away 5 minutes after I read it.

I think I've bought the majority of the Plenny Shake line and I must confirm they are all very easy to prepare, very tasty (and you can 'tune' them up easily) and really can be used as a full meal, they do provide the sensation of a full stomach, you're not hungry after it. As a bonus, my wife is lactose intolerant, histamine intolerant and is sensitive to some other foods and she had no problems whatsoever drinking Plenny Shakes!

I tested Jimmy Joy for the first time. My first order was 2x of the Plenny Shake. When the package arrived, it contained the shake, a shaker, a spoon and the starter guide. The first thing I did was leaf through the guide. Besides the important information such as preparation and ingredients, you can also find an overview of the products, quick hacks and recipes. I am very enthusiastic about Jimmy Joy, the products are sustainable, healthy and delicious.

It is unfortunately a problem with most powdered foods, the consistency after preparation, you still have the powder in your mouth. Unfortunately, this is not solved here. It simply does not taste if the consistency of the drink does not fit. I have tried many such powders and have so far discovered only one where everything fits (only the cost does not) and yet always want to try other. But this one is not good for me, the taste is not good for me and the feeling in the mouth does not fit at all.

unfortunately not much variety in tastes, bad sweeteners used. I don't think I'll order again and a bit too pricey for some powder. Huel is worse and even sweeter, disgusting.
