With our Plenny Pot meals, it is very important to prepare it the right way and I would like to check that with you to be sure it was not about that. You've thrown it out so I can not ask if you can try, but the correct preparation of the Plenny Pots is by first shaking the bag thoroughly and then scooping from the bottom upwards to ensure a good mix of the ingredients that way. The super fine stuff in them, that hold a lot of the flavour, goes to the bottom in the bags so the preparation could make a big difference for the experience.
