“1. The handle is weak and can break-off easily. 2. During checkout I want to be asked a question if I already got a scoop, since I ordered Plenny shake before I had two already so it wasn't necessary in the first place. But I did get it in my shopping card by default and then actually forgot to remove it, which means more plastic waste overall by default. Not good design choice for the checkout.”
“The plastic was fragile, and when I opened the package the scoop handle was broken off and the scoop was very cracked. It might have broken while I carried the package home. If the scoop had been prevented from moving freely inside the box, I think it would've survived. It's not a big deal through. The old scoops were made of sturdier plastic, I got one from a friend.”
We sincerely apologize for the broken scoop handle and the very cracked scoop. It sounds like it broke from moving around in the box. We'll do our best to ensure that items are packaged securely so this doesn't happen again. Do you think sturdier plastic would help prevent this? Are there any other suggestions you can think of that would protect our items during shipping? We want to provide only the best products and customer service, so any feedback or suggestions you have are important and appreciated. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know about your experience.
“Its handle broke on first use, I think the material is not sturdy/thick enough but it's okay, the customer service took care of my issue, thanks again :D”
