“I dont like the flavour and texture as much as some of the other shakes. I however feel that it is a good alternative if you are looking for a shake with a higher calorie count. Will recommend for people who are on the move and training a lot.”
“The Chai Latte variant tastes great. I'll usually take a single scoop when I go running after work. That doesn't fill up the stomach so much that running is uncomfortable. I'm also bringing a shaker with a few scoops when I go bouldering, then I can add water in the middle of the session when I'm taking a break anyway.”

“This is a nice product. It isn’t the most filling but it’s smooth and goes down easy. I ordered a bunch of flavors but am going through each bag one at a time. So far my favorites are the Wake-up and the chocolate. Mango was not as good as I was hoping. It’s just tastes like peaches and cream oatmeal packet. I’ve never been a fan of quick oats like that so I don’t like it. I also got a big bag of the active neutral. I do like this. It’s versatile. I ran out of the wake-up and will put instant coffee and a stevia in this and it tastes nice.”
