“Tastes kind of like cream of wheat, or plainer that plain cheerios, but that's just what I like about it. It's a great base and you can still have it plain, although you wouldn't want to do that every day. It doesn't leave me hungry. The bottle works great and is easy to clean - no blender required, it's smooth as soon as you shake it. I got the wrong order at first, but customer support was kind and quick. I'll continue to make this a part of my diet.”
