“I ordered the larger size because it seems more convenient for storage and because I like the higher protein. However, they sent me a bag that was going to expire in a month. I don’t replace all my meals so there’s no way I could use it in that time frame. When I reached out to customer service they literally told me I should just eat it expired which if that’s true why even have expiration dates. Also the shake itself was not a uniform powder like the original kind. It has bigger yellowish pieces and the shake doesn’t dissolve nearly as well. It settles and tastes gritty. I tried adding more and less water and it does the same thing. Honestly I like the taste of the normal plenny shakes but I probably won’t be buying them again because they seem like a shady company with the response they gave to my concerns. I feel like they’re just trying to push off what they realize is a subpar product on people so they can minimize the loss from manufacturing it.”
