Ik heb de chai late smaak. Zeer lekker! Ik doe extra kaneel, nootmuskaat, komijn en honing met één scoop en 500 ml water.

I have the banana. I add a little sugar and slightly less water. after about 4 hours I start to feel peckish again I usually have something solid make something with it. A cereal bar or fruit

I'm drinking Plenny Shake Active for more than half a year. Very convenient preparation -- still having the feeling of not eating/drinking waste but something healthy. Smooth texture, good taste (especially banana). Not so much social eating - but I don't count that. :-)

amazing tecture, easy to shake and really good! chai latte is my favorite one, but i want to try banana and mango now :) they seem perfect for summer time! Now the lunch preparation is only 5 minute, without using nothing more than a shacker... i am loving it!!! no more junk food for me!!!

Plenny drink is absolutely filling! And the shakes too! Taste is deliscious! Love the plenny bars too! Thought they wouldn’t be that filling, untill i had to stuff it in my mouth! 😅

Great after Sport, just not as tasty. Usually i Just put in a bit good chunk of "vanilla cacao" (i guess it's just sugar n vanilla sweeteners) for some extra sugar and taste improvement. great dissolvability as always. Only downside, the big pack, which is better for the environment etc costs slightly more per meal, which I would say is somewhat disencouraging, but really hasnt anything to do with the product itself
