“I got this with the intention of using it to help me to recover from some health issues and since this has a ton of vitamins and amino acids I thought it would help me to recover quicker and gain strenght.
And it did! Surprisingly I have felt so so much better since taking them. Which makes me extremely happy.
The powder dissolves super easy with just water and that makes this super portable, when I travel I can just take the shaker with the dry powder and ad some water somewhere, this helps me not to snack things that I dont really need to snack on when I'm out.
I do highly recommend it, I'm taking two scoops per day and I am feeling much better and stronger.
The flavors could really improve, I am not picky with food and I can eat anything as long as it's good for me so I dont care but compared to other proteins in the market the flavors on this are very mild and barely noticeable. Thag could be improved”
