“When I opened the seal of the bag, it tore off in the wrong way, leaving the bag open under the seal. I had a hard time finding a replacement airtight container big enough to hold all the powder.
Suggestions for improvement:
- test if the seal tearing mechanism does this often, is it a product fault?
- add a double seal having two seals for redundancy, inner and outer.
- Introduce a new product: a large transparent container which can be easily stored and sealed where you can store the contents of these bags.”
