Hi,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Plenny Shake Active Strawberry. I’m glad to hear that you enjoy the taste!
I’m sorry to hear that the shake isn't quite filling you up as much as you’d hoped. Individual nutritional needs can vary, and what works for one person might not be ideal for another.
To make the shake more satisfying, you might consider blending it with additional ingredients like a banana, some nuts, or a scoop of Greek yogurt. These additions can boost the shake’s satiety. Alternatively, you could try having a slightly larger portion if you’re still feeling hungry. Pairing the shake with a healthy snack, such as a handful of nuts or a piece of fruit, might also help keep you full longer.
If you’re open to exploring other options, we offer a variety of shakes with different nutritional profiles and flavors that you might find more satisfying. Feel free to reach out if you need recommendations or if there’s anything else we can do to help!
Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to continue serving you delicious and satisfying shakes.

This means that when you drink them, you don't stimulate your saliva production, which helps with digestion. As a result, if you use these products regularly, you may need to take extra probiotics to support your digestion.
However, this is not a problem specific to this brand. It's a common issue with all liquid meal replacements. Alternatively, you could try drinking them in small sips, keeping them in your mouth for as long as possible, and mixing them with your saliva to help with fermentation. I do this myself...”
