A full meal in a shake sounded perfect to me:) aspecally in those moments I chose chocolate over a healthy breakfast cause it was just to stressful. it tastes good and brings all the noutrishens, Vitamins and minerals I need as a brestbeeding women and it keeps me from filling hunger gabs with sweets and other s**t 😉 just wish there where less sugar and carbs in it! “I use the shakes as meal replacements a lot lately since the hot weather keeps me away from the stove and otherwise I'll have to live on salads.
They're easy to mix, the flavours are subtle but all really nice, coffee, chocolate and strawberry are my favourite ones so far, vanilla seems to be super popular but I'm not personally a fan, banana it's fine though.
Since they're already full in vitamins I don't even need to take my supplements any more, so they're super convenient in that way too.”
