“Delicious! I really love it! Super easy to prepare and the flavors are just incredible. I really love to mix different flavors, like Strawberry with chocolate, super good! Its an easy and complete meal.”
“Very natural and light in taste, not chemical :) good base to mix with additional fruits. fills very good for 2-3 hours. Good ingredients and nice design ! Good nutrition to fill your needs”
“Ok.. so, I tried plenty of shakes. Normal whey makes me bloated like hell.. I also totally hate the artificial sweeteners used in most other shakes. They're just too sweet and also the aftertaste is unpleasant..
Plenny shakes are different. I love oats, and they taste oat-y to me - with a hint of whatever taste you choose. Coffee and chocolate are my faves. It's less powdery than other powders - probably because of the oats softening up. And I love the fact that they are barely sweet.
I only use them after workouts, as I still love cooking and eating food that isn't liquid.. but when on the go, in need of a meal to help with mucle regeneration.. it works great.”
“So far my experience with these shakes has been good.
The flavours are what you would expect out of a meal replacement, although the fruit (mango & strawberry) are significantly better than any fruit flavoured protein/meal replacement shake I've tried in the past.
My only qualm with Plenny Shake is really satiety. While I wouldn't say that the shake doesn't feel substantial (it does) the satiety generally doesn't last very long, which means I end up feeling hungry pretty soon after I've had one, which kind of defeats the purpose of a meal replacement...
I also think I would prefer something with more protein and slightly less fat as far as the nutritional content goes, but that's a minor issue.”
“I have a tendency to skip meals, then by around 4pm I feel very unwell. I'm using the plenny shake instead of skipping meals and it's stopped me picking at chocolate. It also gives me loads of energy which is great. I love the coffee, mixed with cold water and ice! Delicious.”
