“I am such a huge, huge fan of the newest Plenny Shake. I love the flavors and the convenience. It makes me feel good to know I am getting all of the nutrition that I need in one simple step. Last year, it made going vegan finally possible for me, and now during lockdown for COVID-19, I was so happy to know that I was getting what I needed in each meal, even though I was living alone, a bit unmotivated to cook for myself, and restricted from shopping at the supermarket. “Plenny Shake is really good. I first tried Plenny Shake a few years ago, back when it was called Joylent and since then it has improved A LOT. The v2.1 tastes good, so much that I have now replaced 1-2 of my meals per day with Plenny Shake. It saves me a lot of time, money and I feel healthier. Banana tastes very good and is the best taste of them all, but I order some Strawberry and Chocolate for variation. They are OK but could be improved. Vanilla and mango is not very good. The RTD version of chocolate tastes much better than the powder chocolate.
The only thing I have to complain about is one case of bad customer service. I used to order from a local reseller affiliated with Jimmy Joy, but they had slow customer service and order fulfilment. On one occasion I received a bad batch (the whole batch had a "metallic" taste to it and it was impossible to drink. In the end I unfortunately had to throw it all away), and since I had had bad experience with customer support from the reseller earlier, I contacted Jimmy Joy directly instead. However, they were unwilling to help me and didn't want to take responsibility for their product, since it was sold through a reseller. If not for this, I would give it 5 stars.
I stopped using Plenny Shake for a while after that but it is so good that I started ordering it again, but directly from Jimmy Joy instead. On the one occasion I've had to contact customer support since then I got quick and great service.”
