Plenny Shake v3.0 Banana Reviews

4.5 Rating 12,158 Reviews
Really like the taste and consistency of the Plenny shakes. When I ordered them for the first time, I honestly did not think I would be a convert. But now I have them most days now as an easy breakfast and sometimes also for lunch. Have tried chocolate, banana and strawberry and would recommend all three!

It tasted pretty good the only flavour I didn't enjoy was coffee as it tasted too creamy or something, everything else was superb. I found if you added just over 300ml to the two scoops and mixed it extra hard you could properly get away from the powdery taste, as I think that was the only downside to the other flavours. After eating one I'm normally left feeling pretty sated for at least a few hours, so it works well as a meal replacement, if I added a little oat milk it helped the whole thing go down easier like the remnants of a bowl of chocolate oats, overall a high quality product and cost saver for nutritional needs. Best flavour: Chocolate or Vanilla, Tasty runners up: Strawberry, Mango and hardest to eat was Coffee (will get the banana next time)

Good, fast and easy meal. Not all the tastes are the same. I love vanilla and strawberry, whereas chocolate isnt that tasty.
