Plenny Shake v3.0 Banana Reviews

Vanilla flavour is great, tastes like oats with a subtle hint of vanilla. Strawberry tastes pretty artificial imo, although it’s somewhat easy to get accustomed to the taste.

Been drinking this while recovering from covid-19. My appetite was completely destroyed and I still struggle to eat. This is an easy way to make sure I get a decent number of calories a day. It tastes chalky but ok, the flavours (chocolate, banana and coffee) are definitely strong enough to mask a lot of the that. Its given me a lot of extra energy. All in all I'm very pleased.

I've known and tried the shakes from the time they were called Joylent. I mean, can't say they have a wonderful taste, I do enjoy delicious food. But all in all, they're nicely balanced (which I kind of missed out), perfect to replace breakfast and snacks (which I had no patience to constantly buy), they're easy and fast to prepare, they seem to be helping me lose some weight. Couple of downsides: Would be nice if they were more accessible worldwide, and the taste changes are sometimes unpredictable - Some time ago Mango was my favorite, and nowadays not so much. But well, that's just how it goes on continuously upgraded producs. ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯ Overall, it's pretty good.

Using the shakes for breakfast or for lunch to gain some time is really convenient. I enjoy the coffee taste but I’m Not really convinced by the other tastes.

The many flavours allow me to chsnge it up from time to time and actually enjoy my shakes. They als create the possibility to use the powder in several dishes or shakes.

It's nutrious, cheap, sustainable and relatively tasty. The packaging is completely plastic, rather than part plastic & aluminium (as it's competitors). That makes it more recyclable!
