“Very affordable, a lot of yummy flavours to try !
its texture takes a bit to get used to, and I prefer to add a little more water and some more cocoa powder to enhance the chocolate taste (which is good already by itself).
Biggest issue : if taken as breakfast, the Plenny Shake breaks havoc to my digestive system :/
If I take the Shake as a later meal and not on an empty stomach, it's okay, I don't have these "side effects". It's too bad because I was hoping the Shake would replace my breakfast (which is usually pastries purchased at the bakery in front of the train station)…
I read it's because of the inulin from the chicory, so I will test the Active shake chocolate next as it is supposed to have less inulin. It's also good if I test the Active Shake because I feel a lack of proteins in the basic shake and I need a lot of proteins in my everyday meals, my body is just made like that.
I am not a vegetarian, maybe my body isn't used to assimilating plant-based proteins as its only source of proteins yet. If taken as breakfast though, it's okay I am not hungry until lunch.”
“It is really nice and smooth, but I expected more chocolate. Tried adding cocoa powder and then it is good. As I didn't enjoy coconut so much on its own I mix chocolate shake + coconut shake+ cocoa powder = LOVE”
