I am VERY texture-sensitive when it comes to foods, and this stuff isn't grainy enough to trigger my gag reflexes, but also not too 'goopy' once it's been sitting for a bit and the powder fully emulsifies with the liquids. “This powder is good as far as powder shakes go. It mixes in relatively smoothly, but does have a bit of a gritty texture. The flavors are good. I drink it for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch time. I think it is better with milk than with water. I am disappointed that I did not receive a shaker or scoop with my order.”
