Es comodo, rĂ¡pido y al menos sabes que estas comiendo lo que necesitas, con el poco tiempo para todo que se suele tener es un alivio,

Tastes pretty good. Texture is good if you let it sit a minute. Keeps me satisfied

Entrega rapida. Los batidos se disuelven bien y los 3 que he probado tienen un sabor agradable.

For 5 years I've struggled with an undiagnoseable digestive health issue. Just eating enough food is a battle in itself, let alone maintaining a balanced diet. I've relied on a number of meal replacements in the past, but from now on, I'll probably stick with Plenny. It's the only shake that doesn't trigger any of my multitude of sensitivities, and I can ACTUALLY replace a meal with it--no mid-afternoon crash. Personally, I'm a fan of the flavor and texture, but I can see how it might not be for everyone. It's thick (even with a little extra water) and my first impression was that the flavor was a little bland. But after some time, I would describe it as mild instead. It's just pleasant enough and just indistinct enough to not get tired of it. I've tried vanilla and chocolate so far, and they're not all that different, but it's hard to complain when it works. The only thing I wish were different has nothing to do with Plenny itself, but rather the shipping. It'd be AMAZING if I could get this through Amazon Prime, since it'd then be far, far cheaper than the competition. As it is, shipping makes the cost basically the same as other shakes offered through Amazon, so that's a bummer. You can always buy in bulk to reduce the effective shipping cost, though. As a final note, I've got to say I really love the scoop and shaker. It's a small thing, but having purpose-made utensils really makes the experience a step above. Bravo, JimmyJoy!
