The oat-texture was something to get used to when I first started drinking Plenny but it really works well with the Banana in my opinion. Plenny definitely keeps me satiated for a good few hours until I want to eat again, and has been a great companion for Intermittent Fasting. “Leà por internet opiniones y decÃa todo el mundo que los polvos de chocolate eran los mejores. Vengo a decir que estáis majaras, los polvos de chocolate saben a avena y nada más, fail total.
Los demás sà que están realmente logrados, fresa, plátano y vainilla, el de mango no lo he probado.
Ojo no te pases de agua con el de chocolate/avena madre mÃa lo soso que está, no pasa lo mismo con los otros, están ricos siempre, 1 cucharada, 2, 300 ml de agua o 400. Yo lo coloco en el congelador 20 min y están buenÃsimos y si te vienes arriba con más tiempo tienes un rico helado.”
