“I bought a bunch of these when I was too busy to be cooking and really not eating well. Soon after I found out I was prediabetic (go figure) and had to start cutting carbs. Whereas these are not necessarily low-carb I was determined to make them work in my diet. I figure out how to make a delicious morning breakfast with the shakes by using a 3rd of a can of full-fat coconut milk and these shakes as flavoring. I use about half a scoop to one full scoop per serving and it flavors it nicely- thicken it with a nice pinch of chia seeds and you've got breakfast pudding! Easy. Affordable. Tasty. It may be the only thing keeping me on this diet. It's as close to a morning smoothie as I can get. (Mixing strawberry and banana is particularly good!) No other shake brand has as many flavors for the price, so Jimmy Joy is a life saver (literally?)”
“Me gustan todos los sabores que he pedido, a destacar el de café y plátano, siendo este primero mi favorito. Los de vainilla y mango también me gustan. Yo para la ración de 400 calorías pongo 350 de agua más que menos. Me gusta más así que con 300, ya que se me disuelve mejor. Por mi parte seguiré pidiendo, aunque aún no es mi 100% de la dieta. Aún así, no descarto que algún día lo sea, o simplemente tomarlos regularmente y el día que se me apetezca tomar una comida sólida.”

“Overall I liked the flavors, except for Neutral. The Neutral smelled strongly of oats and that carried through to a very strong flavor that was almost sour, not even the flavored stevia that I normally use with Soylent would cover it. The rest of the flavors were good and covered the oatiness, especially the Coffee.
The powder mixes well but separates rather quickly. I usually make an entire days worth, so this separation was really apparent. Though with it mixing as well as it does (no lumpiness at all), making one meal at a time is pretty easy.
The shakes are more watery than what I am used to, and it also has a very grainy texture from both the oats and possibly the flaxseed.
I did not use Plenny Shake for enough consecutive days to be sure, but I don't believe that it leaves me feeling as sated as the Soylent powder that I normally use.
I could definitely switch to this product if my current powdered food were to become unavailable.”
