“Genial experiencia de compra, tienen el pedido localizado todo el rato, te van avisando por mensaje y correo de como va tu pedido... etc
Adems me pusieron de regalo un scoop y un plenny shake de vainilla (riqusimo por cierto)
Y los Plenny Shake una maravilla, 10/10 recomendado y muchas gracias por el detalle! Volver a comprar definitivamente :)”
“I'm really enjoying my Plenny Shake in banana, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. It's a smooth mix and very tasty. I like that it doesn't have the strange stevia flavor other meal replacements use, but at the same time the smooth drinkability feels less filling overall. It satisfies my meal requirements, but I do feel hungry quicker than some other brands.”
“I first tried Plenny Shake about eighteen months ago. I tried all the flavors and found chocolate to be my favorite. I drank chocolate Plenny Shake for breakfast most every week day for about nine months. Approximately six months ago three events happened that resulted in me never purchasing Plenny Shake again:
1) Plenny Shake is always out of stock. My first order from the new US website was over a month delayed. My second order was over two months delayed. I tired of receiving excuses instead of the product I ordered.
2) Jimmy Joy maintained their prices but reduced the quantity they put in each bag. And I don't know whether I forgot what the Chocolate flavor tasted like after not receiving my order for over a month, but when it did finally arrive, the product had a distinct cardboard taste. These Plenny Shakes do have an expiration, and my guess is that the months-long delays in shipping and having the product sit in customs (Jimmy Joy's explanation for the delay, not mine) the products I received may have just gone bad.
3) Jimmy Joy has terrible customer service. It took more than 10 emails with customer service for them to recover my account information after their system deleted my information. And when I finally cancelled my monthly subscription which was two months behind schedule, a customer service representative named Ben finally provided a status update on my order. But instead of apologizing for the delay or attempting to remedy the situation, Ben stated Jimmy Joy sent me several emails about my order and that the product was available as of 30 minutes ago. The first part of Ben’s statement was a complete lie because no emails were ever sent to me about my order, and the second half of his statement is almost beyond belief that I happened to cancel my order 30 minutes after the product came back in stock after a two-month delay. I exhibited a fair level of tolerance for the product delays, but drew the line at being lied to by people like Ben who are willing to place the blame for their companies’ failures on everyone else, including their own customers, instead of taking responsibility and fixing their deficiencies.”
“I bought every flavor but strawberry. They all tasted like it was made with artificial flavors that had went bad. I canceled my subscription after that. It was a shame :/”
“I preferred the taste (and possibly texture) of the old regular formula, but the new formula is still good enough. Plenny Shake makes up 50-100% of my daily calories.”
“I ordered one of each flavor, and after going through them all I don't have a favorite. I did like trying each one the first few times, but the novelty wore off fast.
The shaker is different, but I'm a big fan of bulk mixing, and the separation isn't appetizing.
Would order again with a discount!”
