“Not ideal but somehow a solution, especially if you are somehow not able to cook properly (e.g. illness) and need to find a way to get enough nutrition. Probably not your favourite taste in the World but you can eventually get used to it. The vanilla version seems to be the safer bet. Any more elaborate flavour, including strawberry, starts to taste too artificial, like cheap candy. You need to get used to the powdery texture though. It is like drinking flour. Or, if you are familiar with Tenerife, to Gofio. I don't feel any full though and still need to get solid food eventually.”
