“It keeps me energetic for a couple of hours at least. It’s easy to use, and can easily be taken for breakfast or lunch and keeps away the sugar cravings. I still have to get used to the taste. I tried with a scoop of whey vanille protein and that is alright. Will try with a bit of cocoa powder or cinnamon. Can also be taken, half a dose, during the 4PM dip. Will definitely order again.”
