“A bit too mealy for my taste. The flavour is okay, nothing exceptional, with a bit of a sour aftertaste. I like it better hot. Keeps me full for a long time — I can't have two scoops in a single meal, that is just too much to digest for me.”
“Better taste than the vanilla bars. Also, it keeps me full. It dissolves nicely in the shaker. I just hope they are healthy. I am addicted to it now, being a busy and lazy person.”
“The Plenny Shake v3.0 Vanilla has a neutral vanilla taste. The vanilla is not very strong and so far I haven't had any issues. It is a bit thick when mixing it into other food items like shakes or oatmeals. It did not come with a scooper but it did come with instructions on how to measure so hopefully I've been doing that alright. The ingredients are filled with lots of things that aren't digestible though.”
