“I've using it for 5 years now. Daily, as my dinner. It's perfect, it helps me sleep better and i wake up in a better mood than I used to.
My weight and health are also better because I used to eat crap for dinner. Changed that for something like Plenny Shake, and it's a win win.

“Like to eat it hot, mixed with boiled water. Shake it carefully, with your hand tightly on the opening. Otherwise it will blow up in your kitchen, with plenny everywhere. Like to have something to chew, so I first stir a cup of oat and then half a cup of broken flaxseed through it.
It tastes good and get the opportunity to eat warm food 3 times a day. Yum, yum”
