“Bought a few bags to try it out as a quick, yet nutritious breakfast.
It's certainly fast and easy to make, and simple to experiment with different amounts of almond/soy milk + water. It tastes okay. Vanilla and banana are neutral enough you don't get sick of it, but I definitely don't recommend mango (although I like it in most other things).
Anyway, if you're looking for a quick and nutritious replacement to a meal, I definitely recommend giving it a try.”
“So, we now have gotten Pistachio! My goodness, that's a whole lot of flavour! Mix it with some yochurt and fresh fruit and you've got yourself a breakfast to die for!
Or my personal favourite: mix 1 scoop pistachio with 1 scoop chocolate with coconut milk and a shot espresso. That's a whole 'nother wake-up call!

“I have the plenny shakes for lunch and they’ve done wonders for my eating habits as they keep me full so I don’t snack during the afternoon and I eat much healthier meals in the evening. The flavours are all delicious as well. My favourite is definitely pistachio. Then banana. My boyfriend has been having them too even though he was reluctant at first because he’s a fitness fanatic but when he saw the ingredients he was impressed by just how many nutrients they have.”
