“If you don't know whether to buy this or not, read this. As we all know, 2020 has been a hectic year and with that, my routine drastically changed. Being at home most of the day gave me the opportunity to rearrange my schedule and invest more time in my cooking, but I also came to the conclusion that I don't want to cook more than once a day - it's just too much work! And that's where Plenny Shake came in. At first sight, I already loved that they were so transparent with their concept: a vegan shake packed with naturally sourced ingredients that offers a well-rounded nutritional intake. I will be honest here: I didn't like the taste at first (I tried the chocolate flavor with almond milk). I've never had the habit of drinking any sort of protein shakes, so the first time I tried it, I was afraid I had made a big mistake. But the next day, I prepared myself a snack-size portion with water instead (half the size of the normal serving), and the consistency and taste already seemed 10 times better. The next day, I tried a full serving again, and I gulped it down in no time! That's when I knew I had made the right choice. I guess I was expecting something sweeter the first time I tried them, but then it hit me that they came up with a very balanced formula in terms of flavor - ones that's not too sweet, but not bland - just right as they are meal replacements! Now I drink this everyday for breakfast and it keeps me satiated for a good 3 hours. I've tried the chocolate and strawberry flavors and I love both! The strawberry flavor is really exceptional as it smells like real strawberries and has a really subtle, natural strawberry flavor. I highly recommend!”
