“Tried out all the plenny shake flavors, and overall I quite enjoyed them! Very convenient, and I'll be buying more in the future.
Here's a quick run-down on my personal thoughts on the flavors.
Banana: Reminded me of banana flavored candy, which I loved growing up. So quite a nice flavor, 4.5/5
Chocolate: Nice, mild cocoa flavor. What's not to like? 4.5/5
Chai latte: I'll be honest, I've never had a chai latte in my life so I can't tell you how accurate it is. But I really liked it! 5/5
Strawberry: It's drinkable, but I found it rather bland and boring. 3/5
Vanilla: Hard to go wrong with vanilla, but nothing super special. 4/5
Coffee: If you want some caffeine, this one does the trick. 4/5
Mango: I.. didn't really like this one. It certainly tasted like mango, but for me it just didn't work that well in this kind of shake. Could get through the bag but not something I'd order again. 2/5”
“I use Plenny Shake as a lunch replacement for my work days. For me the recipe is 3 scoops and 500ml of water, shake well and I can have my lunch slowly without necessarily interrupting my work to go and cook. I recommend adding a dash of lemon juice to the fruity shakes, and one espresso to the coffee shake for that extra kick!”

“Ordered the Pleney shake. Bananna and vanilla flavours. Subtle and delicious flavours. Easy to drink as its so smooth. Tastes a bit like porridge which i love. Using these instead of bad snacking on chocolate biscuits sandwiches and other snacks. Seem to solve the hunger for a few hours and tides me over for the shift”
