“I use Plenny Shake daily as both breakfast and lunch at the office. It is just so great to not have to worry about cooking a lunch box the day before(or even if there is one left, I can let my spouse have it). When eating it regularly I keep my head up and my hungry down. I also found it it give me the energy I need for my morning runs once Saturday hits, without feeling heavy after indulging it. About the design, I liked the smaller pouches better since they shut better tight, but I understand why bigger is better.”
