Although we completely understand your frustration about this, it's a shame you decided to place these while we are in the process with you about solving it the best way possible. As explained in our emails, we are bound by the shipping company replying back to our inquiry about the order before we can take action. As promised, we will follow up with you when we hear back or when the timeframe for this is exceeded, which will be tomorrow.

I've heard this before, but honestly never had this issue myself with any of the Shakes.
When I use it, I rinse it straight after and there's never any residue left, maybe I just shake it more thoroughly than others but you should be able to get it clean of course. It's dishwasher safe, so that should do it and if really an issue you could clean it with a brush of some sort. Unfortunately, we do not offer an alternative in our assortment that I could offer you for this, we hope you'll find your way in it.
