“I keep getting harassed to comment on a product that was never shipped to me and I keep getting confusing and misleading emails. I understand there were shipping issues, but having to keep checking my bank account to see if they've accidentally tried to take money from me is getting silly and inconvenient. I asked them to stop, but they will not.”
