“I use it everyday for 3-4 scoops. Easy to shake since it has a lot of volume. The volume indicators are small and barely visible so I just use the Plenny letters as indicators instead. It has a grid that makes sure no unshaken chunks get through which is one of the nicer properties. With this shake, I look forward to every meal!”
