“I use it for the breakfast as I don’t like to eat something consistent in the morning and because I don’t have much time as working a lot ! It works really well for me and give me what I need for the first part of the day ! I do use the bars as well as a collation in the afternoon which allow me to have all what a need before the diner.

So this big tank stands now unused in my cellar, because I bought two unlabeld smaller bottles. I like my Plenny Shakes and I would like to advertise them, simply by showing my small Plenny Shaker.
