“I am very physically active and so my meals are usually a bit larger than for most people. About 800-900 kcal a meal. Thus I need a bigger shaker to accommodate all that Plenny Shake! This one is great. Got myself two, one for home and one for work.
They seem very durable and can withstand a beating or being carried around in bags all day.
Only downside so far is it is a bit tricky to wash. A hot dishwasher does the trick though, or it will start to smell in no time.”
