“I tried it for low cal diet, 300-400cal per drink which is supposed to fill for hours. Fills me maybe for 2 hours, so a bit disappointed. Chocolate flavor is okay but once you want to wash it, it smells disgusting. Also tried coffee and banana but I still have barely touched them because coffee doesn't taste much like coffee and banana isn't strong enough to make it pleasant.”

The quality of the product and its flavour is great!
I'm very pleased with it, but I can't say I'm pleased with the support and the operational side of the transactional side of things... Of the two shakers ordered, only one was fulfilled... This made impossible for two people to try the product. Customer support was contacted twice on this. They refused acknowledge their mistake, and failed to offer a solution.
Initially, they told me I could have ordered two shakers (??) with my order, something I did actually do. When I explained that, they told me that as it turned out, they could not include two shakers in my order because I ordered a started package (??).
None of it makes sense when the option for ordering multiple shakers is there and their initial statement is that I can in fact order multiple shakers...
(I must say I got two scoops sent - one does not meet two scoops)
Anyway, I'm not impressed and hardly I will ever buy again with so many alternatives in the market that exist.
The one star reflects the failure retaining a new customer.”
