Thanks for the review! Sorry to hear it was not good with a cold beverage inside, it's not meant for isolation and for that reason will let you feel if there is hot or cold inside.

The cap will indeed need a little force to close and open, we specifically have them in this way to make sure your kitchen is not covered with Shake ;)
As it's Stainless Steel, the cold will indeed feel cold, and stay cold a while in that one, no tip for that except put something around it if it bothers you.
