“Love the bag, when I got it the legs were very loose when carrying the bag. I thought it was a defect, so I contacted customer support and all they told me is that it would resolve itself. I had to research on my own to find out how to raise the tension clip and fix the issue. Now the bag is perfect but it definitely didn’t resolve itself. Also the jet black is more blue than expected but looks good.”
