Ingredients: coconuts with coconut water, Lodoicea maldivica, fresh lily bulb, sweet/bitter apricot kernels




Benefit: Relieves cough, nourishes the lungs, relaxes your mind, solves the fictive fright, insomnia, dreamful sleep and absent-mindedness.




Instruction: Wash all ingredients and put in the pot, add 15 bowls of water, add meats (briefly blanch meat in boiling water for a minute to remove the odd taste, blood water and impurities.), 4 pieces of candied date, 2 pieces of dried citrus peel and cook for 2.5 hours. Last step, add the coconut water before done. (Tips: If you like to eat lily bulb, put in the soup 15 mins before done.)




Servings: 5-7 bowls of soup

Vacuum packaging, 7 days store in refrigerator and 20 days in freezer.
