A rating of 4 stars is generous. They sent me a part that wasn't an exact match. Their website's RMA process informed me that I would be receiving a refund. The original cost of my purchase was $77.64. The refund amount was $45.99, as reflected on my credit card statement, with no follow-up refund slip, invoice, no accounting or explanation from JPAuto as of how that amount was determined. And their shipper, FedEx, almost did not accept my return package, because JP Auto instructed me to tape the two boxes together and drop it off. A FedEx manager said that normally they wouldn't accept it that way, two boxes taped together, that it had to be in one box. I got the impression that this was a cost saving method by JPauto, not wanting to pay the appropriate shipping charges to have it packaged correctly. That was my experience.

This is the worst online purchase I've ever experienced. The wrong part was sent. Then the refund is only 2/3 of what I paid. There's no way to request the correct part. You have to reorder and no way to talk to customer service. Avoid this company.

The part was defective so I returned it. I paid over $47 for the part with tax and shipping. They would only refund $18.00. What a jip. It was their fault but somehow I have to pay anyway. They will probably send this same part out again and make another $30 free and clear. Never again.

Its a good part however the holes need to be ligned up a little better but it is also made in China and thats what you get

Got the wrong headlights, returned them promptly. JP Auto only refunded part of my payment, tried contacting several times about it and nothing. Had to file claim with PayPal and finally got full refund. I would NOT recommend.

This would have received the 5 ⭐️rating it deserved if the company would have kept their promise to deliver this item on time. I received my mirror a week after promised. My very clumsy son had to drive his car without a mirror because of the late delivery. If you need a part on time, don’t order from JP. Order from CarParts instead. At least they honor their time tables. Plus when you reach out to the company, they have bots responding to your inquiries. Aside from these major setbacks, the part fit like it should coming from a OEP product.
