“Not the review I'm sure you want but I was sent 2 and charges for 2 of the same taillight. I don't know an f150 that has 2 passenger tail lights. Tried to save a few dollars by using y'all but ended up paying double. Kinda sucks. I'm sure y'all would probably fix it if I went and mailed the other but I don't have time to fix y'all's mistakes. Don't think I'll use y'all again. Tail light was what I needed and I did get it so it saves y'all from 1 star”
“Headlights arrived incomplete - no ballast and no light bulbs which were both ‘included’ in the online description. Multiple emails sent to customer service (there is no actual phone number) - two were asking for questions or confirmation and a third (after responding to each) suggesting I use the old headlight materials. Sent a note back that ‘I paid for an entire headlight assembly including the ballast and light bulbs’. No response 10 days later”

The product worked well and was as described.
The reason for the 3 stars: The milling of the notches that the parking and signal lights fit into (to turn and lock) were very sloppily cut at the factory. Excessive residual plastic made it next to impossile to get the lights in (High and Low beam fittings were fine). Unfortunately I didn't notice until after the job was complete (two hours as front bumper had to be removed). tough location to try to file or clean up notches after the fact. Got the lights in but was not easy. I will eventually pull the units to clean the milling-not looking forward to it. Check your slots before installing!!!”
