“I ordered this Halogen model headlamp assembly by mistake (mine is the HID Xenon). Informed the company. They authorized a return and charged me a $30.00 fee which I felt was fair considering the large item being shipped back by Fed Ex. No complaints with this company at all. Very good customer service.”

“Was not received by the day I was told when I ordered it and was broken when received so I contacted them and told them it was damaged and they never asked me if I wanted another one they just refunded my money minus the shipping charge when I messaged them about 10 times asking why they think they can keep the shipping charge they would not respond so I complained to the better business bureau and they contacted them and then they decided to refund the money they tried to keep for shipping of my damaged mirror. I would not recommend buying from them!!!”
