“looked great out of the box, but it didn't work! so we tested and bought 2 ballasts thinking that may be the problem, but then we put everything into the original headlight assembly and everything worked!!!
turned out that the "brand new" one we ordered from you had a bad cable from the ballast to the Xenon bulb.
I was able to take the old cable from the old assembly and put it in the new assembly (not an easy task to do by the way) and we got it to work. Luckily i was able to return one of the ballast back and get my money back.
bottom line i thought that "TESTING" was a part of the process when buying NEW parts, and this one was definitely NOT TESTED!!!!
I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS MUCH TROUBLE WHEN I WAS UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT I WAS BUYING A NEW TESTED PART!!!”
