The tail light was damaged, JP AUTO didn’t want to refund the money. Terrible customer service.

Product was great. Packaging was great. Shipping was terrible. The only reason I ordered from you and paid more for the item than I would have elsewhere was because you were promising a quicker delivery. You were three days later than promised. I could have paid less and gotten it sooner from someone else.
