“The old headlamps on my 2001 Dodge RAM 1500 have both a low beam bulb and a high beam bulb on both the driver's side and the passenger's side. I purchased their replacements on 4/27/2023. However, the headlamps that were sent to me have room for only one bulb each, instead of two bulbs each. I contacted your company and was sent a Fed-Ex return label. I used the label to return the headlamps unused. I am still waiting to see if your company is going to send me the correct headlamps or simply refund my entire purchase price.”

“I ordered a mirror for my 2001 Toyota Avalon, and received the wrong mirror. Returned the mirror (in the package provided by JP Auto) - still haven't received a refund on my Amex. The mirror was returned (with confirmation) to JP auto on March 28, 2023 with confirmation- it's now May 16th - STILL NO REFUND!
Now have to dispute with Amex.
Definitely don't recommend this company.”
“The parts work and look great, but the shipping was delayed 5 times and JP Auto was never available to repair the shipment issues, no direct phone number to customer service!??? No fast answers to emails, just beyond frustrating waiting on parts the website showed in-stock. Wasn't provided tracking number until last minute, really poor customer service. Won't order again.”
