“It arrived broken. I put in 3 requests for and RMA
I emailed them extra photos of the damage they requested and after weeks the online RMA request is still “ being reviewed.” Won’t buy from JP again”
“Lousy communication along with exceedingly long shipping times will never see me as a return customer. You are better off using ANY other auto parts supplier on the internet other then JP Auto. The product was fine and fit perfectly, but a part is a part at the end of the day.”
“I ordered these replacement headlights for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the wiring harness is different than the old one. The new wiring harness terminal is a different size and won’t connect to the Jeep terminal. “Guaranteed to fit” is a bold overstatement. I will be returning these headlights.”
“FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I purchased this set of headlights because the product description specifically said the bulbs are included. The bulbs were not included and customer service told me that it was most likely a promotion by the manufacturer at one time and they included the bulbs. But some headlights may include the bulbs others may not. They also refused to send me any bulbs or to refund me for the cost of the bulbs. If I had known these would not have included the bulbs, AS ADVERTISED, I would not have made the purchase. A very scummy and Shady business practice in my opinion, when the product description specifically States it will include light bulbs, and then does not. Sounds like a bait and switch to me.”
“Bumper had a cracked in it when I got it. Did not want to pay to have it sent back and to have to wait all over again to get it so just kept the damaged one bug definitely won't order again. The fold it up and this is where mines was cracked when I got it smh.”
