“There may be models of the 2011 Forester that this is compatible with, but mine was not. The electrical connection was different, making it impossible to use. I notified the company, and gave them the original part serial number, which they said matched, but it clearly did not.”
“Product arrived damaged. Filed an exchange request and was twice asked to submit photos of the damaged product before they could process and exchange. Original product arrived very slowly as well. I want this company to make good by the money they have taken from me and provided an unacceptable product. Will not do business with them again”
