“Unfortunately, I still haven’t received this product. Initially it was supposed to arrive on the 2nd of February, then changed to the 10th. Currently the 15th. Not sure what happened.”
“Product sent via USPS. Product arrived in Des Moines in timely fashion where it was supposed to go except Des Moines post office then promptly sent it to Detroit. Long story short, it took a lot longer to receive than it should. Not JP’s fault except for using USPS as carrier. Part fit perfectly but does not exactly match the other side which is OEM.”
“Hello. Why am I not able to return the part I purchased? I got the part in good condition, packaged nicely and on time. As far as the "sales" portion of the transaction, I would give it a 10. Returning however is not possible?! What's that all about??!! Scot”
“Well they were far from OEM…. Even short in height. But for the price and on my black truck…… the gap at the bottom is almost invisible. Overall instead of $1500 for two OEM headlights…. Very happy with the 1/3 cost for my shiny new eyes!”
